We are looking for vendors that have special handmade art and crafts, except for Chocolate Vendors on Wine, Romance & Chocolate weekend.
Please be advised filling out this application does not guarantee you a space during the 2019 festival.
You have the option to choose which weekends that you are available, but you will only be selected to participate for (1) one weekend in reference to how your product fits with the themed weekend.
If you are interested in participating in more than one weekend, you will need to make sure to add photos along with your contact information so that it can be forwarded to the jury selection committee.

Your company is responsible for:
- Vendor Fee: $100.00
- Providing the Bay Area Renaissance Festival with proof of 1 million dollar liability insurance with the Bay Area Renaissance Festival listed as additionally insured
- FL certified fire extinguisher
- Staffing for booth
- 10'x10' tent, tables, chairs and decor
- Setup and Tear down
- Please dress in Renaissance Style attire
Your Company will receive:
- One 10'x10' Space
- 4 passes for the weekend you are vending
- 1 Parking Pass for the weekend you are vending
By checking the box below, you agree to set up in the time frame outlined in this form. Your booth must be staffed at all times, your booth will be open for business Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 6pm (and Friday if you are vending on Wonders of the World Weekend). If you must cancel, you agree to give the Bay Area Renaissance Festival at least 7 days notice.
